The relocation and expansion of 100 attorneys and support staff into a "neighborhood plan" concept, along with the library and central records on four floors of two high-rise towers located in central phoenix, highlighted by a linking sky-bridge between the 17th floors of the twin buildings. An ASID award winner.
Choice Hotels - Western Regional Offices Phoenix, Arizona
Visitor control to multiple access points from a centrally located reception station, in this high security building, was achieved through this design. Pretesting of specialty seating for 4-hour extended conferencing comfort, with remote concealed media equipment, yielded a high performance conference center.
The refined transitional design character was the Wisconsin based, M&I Trust's, first Arizona office portraying their stable and successful trust operations to a new regional clientele.
Norwest Bank Phoenix, Arizona
A five floor bank renovation converting a dark main lobby / branch bank into a bright, human scaled contemporary environment, exhibiting Norwest's new business direction appealing to young business professionals. An IIDA award winner.
Salt River Project ISB Tempe, Arizona
The 345,000 sf ISB set the design concept standards for the Salt River Project's Rio Salado District redevelopment becoming SRP's office show piece for the 700 person information systems department support staff. A Southern Builders Gold Nugget, NAIOP, and ASID award winner.
Beus, Gilbert, Wake & Morrill Phoenix, Arizona
This fast-tracked 44,000 sf leading Arizona law office required a three-story, fire resistive glass and wood trimmed inter-connecting floor staircase. The custom mahogany and granite cantilevered conference table was fabricated on-site to allow seating for 34 partners.
M&I Thunderbird Bank Phoenix, Arizona
This 28,000 sf bank headquarters, branch bank and computer center established a new level of "Banking Presence" for M&I Thunderbird Bank in the southwest region. The design utilized custom millwork / executive office bank wall modules to maximize space utilization. An ASID and Bentley Mills, Inc. award winner.
Metropolitan Bank Phoenix, Arizona
This former automobile dealership was converted into a multi-tenant complex with the satellite bank being the prime tenant. Structural building support columns were creatively incased as custom millwork features allowing an extremely open design character.
Southwest Forest Industries Phoenix, Arizona
This "Fortune 500" company relocated its 64,000 sf headquarters into a premium sited building overlooking the Arizona Biltmore golf course, reducing its previous physical footprint by 35%. The project included a 24/7 secure facility with a computer center and an employee cafeteria. An ASID and Phoenix Mayor's Committee award winner.
