The main clubroom of this clubhouse was to act as a sales center in the early stages of the project, with the ability to be transformed to a clubroom with a contemporized southwest theme.  The voluminous spaces required dramatic dimensional solutions to capitalize on the vertical space, while creating privacy within each closing station.  Fitness and Business Centers were developed, along with administrative offices completing the Club.
